Otter Creek - Stovepipe Porter (21:55)

On the pour this porter had a nice tight head, not thick but complete and with small bubbles which really look appealing. This brew smells of malt, it has a strong toasty flavor of malt, and the aftertaste is malt. This is exactly what I want in a porter, so I was delighted.

The color appears almost black, but with a strong light shows a red tinge. I consider this my favorite readily available Porter, it has every feature I expect in a porter, and nothing else.

Buy, drink, enjoy. If you don't like this brew you probably just don't like the porter and stout styles of brewing. That doesn't make you a bad person, try something else!
